A spectrum of specialised services

From the EU Courts in Luxembourg to the Brussels commercial courts, we combine senior trial experience with focused expertise in the areas where European business is decided.

Why JuriSpectrum

Senior judgement, practical strategy, measurable results

The added value of our work lies in innovative legal strategy and practical solutions. Every matter is handled by a partner who has argued the point before the courts that will decide it.

01

Experience where it counts

Our founding partner has introduced or pleaded more than 140 cases before the General Court and the Court of Justice, including landmark rulings on EU procurement remedies and State aid.

02

A niche, not a menu

We deliberately concentrate on EU business law, competition, trade and litigation, and on a focused private-client practice, so that clients work with genuine specialists.

03

Strategy before procedure

We plan the outcome first: negotiation, regulatory engagement or litigation are chosen for their effect on your business, not by default.

The judgment tells authorities what to disclose, bidders what to ask for, and both how a challenge is preserved.

Two 2015 General Court judgments in the European Dynamics litigation, and the Court of Justice's 2017 appeal ruling, map what such a tenderer can challenge: reasons, undisclosed weighting, manifest error and, with strict limits, damages for loss of opportunity.
