The firm

A Brussels boutique built for European business

JuriSpectrum – EU Business Attorneys provides a spectrum of high-quality, specialised legal services in national and international business law, with a particular concentration on the law of the European Union.

The firm was established in Brussels by Nikos Korogiannakis, a triple-qualified lawyer who has practised in the European capital for three decades. It operates today as JuriSpectrum Law SRL, a Belgian law firm registered with the Brussels Bar, from offices in Woluwe-Saint-Lambert, a short distance from the European institutions.

Our practice is deliberately narrow. We act in EU antitrust and State aid, EU public procurement, export controls and sanctions, EU regulatory matters, international trade defence and business litigation, and we complement this with a civil, family and tenancy practice for private clients in Brussels. Thirty years of expertise and specialisation constitute the basic formula of our legal practice.

How we work

Four principles

01

Experience

Senior counsel who have argued before the EU Courts, the Belgian courts and arbitral tribunals, and who have advised governments and EU institutions as well as market leaders.

02

Specialisation

Depth in a small number of fields rather than breadth in many. We refer matters outside our competence to trusted colleagues.

03

Strategy

Innovative legal strategy planning: the sequence of regulatory, negotiated and contentious steps is designed around the commercial objective.

04

Results

We measure ourselves by outcomes: decisions annulled, aid recovered or defended, contracts secured, disputes resolved.
