Data we process
Through the contact form we collect your name, contact details and the content of your message, to respond to your request (legal basis: pre-contractual steps and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries). In the course of an engagement we process the data necessary to provide legal services, comply with professional and anti-money-laundering obligations and manage our relationship with you (legal bases: performance of the contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest).
Retention
Enquiry data is kept for twelve months unless an engagement follows. Client files are kept for ten years after the end of the engagement, in accordance with our professional obligations, and then securely deleted.
Recipients
Data may be shared with courts, authorities, opposing parties and their counsel where required for your matter, and with our IT, hosting and form-processing providers acting on our instructions under data processing agreements. Data is hosted within the European Economic Area wherever possible; any transfer outside the EEA is covered by appropriate safeguards.
Your rights
You may request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of or objection to processing, and portability, by writing to assistant@jurispectrum.com. You may lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (autoriteprotectiondonnees.be).

This website uses only technically necessary cookies and no analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts; the embedded map is loaded from Google Maps only when displayed and may set cookies subject to Google's policies. No consent banner is therefore displayed.
